Questions
Before you book
Do you need my water or power?
No. We arrive fully self-contained with our own water tank and power, so all we need is a parking spot with a bit of room around the car.
How long does it take?
A quick wash is about 30 minutes, an exterior wash and wax around an hour, and a full interior-and-exterior detail runs four hours or so. Your chosen time slot already accounts for it.
When do I pay?
After the job is finished — cash or e-transfer. Nothing is charged when you book.
Can I cancel or move my booking?
Yes. Call or text us and we'll move you to another slot at no cost.
What if it rains?
Interior work carries on regardless. For exterior work in heavy rain we'll call you and reschedule to the next dry slot.
Do you come to apartments and offices?
Constantly. Driveways, visitor stalls, underground parkades and office lots all work — just tell us the access details in the notes.
